I watched 20/20 last night about Somer Thompson. This story broke my heart in half. I fell asleep the last few minutes so I will have to watch it online today. Such a beautiful little girl full of life. The part that was most disturbing to me (other than the case itself of course), during their investigation they found that 162 sex offenders were living with in a 5 mile radius of her home. I know they are out there, but I never would have thought of so many being in such a small area. Being a first time mom to a now 2 year old, this scares the crap out of me. Just thought

I have a few (i think 3) nutcrackers that I need to sale to help with moving. (I know it's not alot but every dollar helps at this point) This is the first thing I thought to sale because I know they are usually expensive in the store so I thought I would see if anyone on here wanted them but didn't want to pay store prices. I'm not sure how I feel about this either. I am probably going to get ripped a new one for this, and prob shouldn't voice my opinion on here yet because i didn't have the sound on the video since i'm at work. But here goes anyways....the child was definitely acting viciously and should have been punished, but from the clip I just watched it wasn't to an extreme where she should have been handcuffed and put in a police car. SOMEONE at that school should have been able to talk to her and calm her down and then deal with the punishment from there. JMO.

Thank you for the information! Does yours hurt regularly? The link says if it doesn't hurt they will basically just keep a check on it, but doesn't say what to do if it does hurt. And i don't think it's the shoes bc it does it when im bare foot all day too.

I plan on going to the doctor in a few weeks to have this looked at. I took a picture to show the doctor, because it doesn't always look this bad so I wanted him to see it at it's worse. There is usually a bump there, but not so large and purple. I have had bad problems with my feet for about a year now. Sometimes they hurt so bad I can't walk, it started with my ankles and then moved to the tops of my feet. The only way I can describe it is that it feels like bones cracking and rubbing against each other. I am almost positive it's because of my weight. I'm not HUGE , but definitely overweight

My daughter is only 2, and since it is renting we will be out of the area before she starts school. Thank you for the advice though!

Thank you. My cousins used to live in a little house in downtown and the area just wasn't nice, that was years ago though, and it's past where the old courthouse sits. I found a new posting on craigslist for a house on confederate avenue. I am hoping we have luck with this one.
