I ordered my daughters birthday supplies 2 days ago. After placing the order my account had 3 "charges" from party city, 2 for the correct amount and 1 that was .12 different. These extra two charges, although listed , had not yet been subtracted from my total. I email party city .....because it's the ONLY form of contact they offer, which i already was not happy about. I explain the situation and ask for a resolution and explanation. I hear nothing. Mind you, their site states they answer emails promptly Mon - Fri. I really only have one question (i have started this topic before as well), but figured i might as well turn it into a full topic again. So any tips you may have, put them in here. My question, my eyes look bolder with bottom eye liner but i don't wear it often because it wears off not an hour after putting it on, or it "breaks up" and just looks trashy so i end up washing it off anyways.
