If it is written in the IEP, they must do it. I taught sped in middle school in Cobb. I had a student who passed any test that was read to her. I pu in her IEP that her tests were to be read to her the following year. Her mom called me at my new school the next year. Lisa was failing everything and her mom was in tears. I asked if they were reading the test questions to Lisa. No. Check your copy of the IEP and take it to them. She made As for the rest of the year! Smart, hardworking kid and they were ignoring her accommodations completely. Makes me furious.
