I just read this. All I can think is, "Why didn't just ONE of those people who drove past this situation stop and help that kid if they were so worried about him?". I also wonder how poorly behaved a 3rd grader has to be to get kicked off the bus. This whole incident is pretty sad. Apparently the parents are trying to discipline him, but maybe they don't know the correct way to do it. If the behavior problem is a disability and he receives services for it he needs to ride the ESEP bus. If he doesn't have a behavioral/emotional disability maybe it's time the parents got a professional invo

They stopped two young men walking by the power station on Due West.

A neighbor called in two male teens breaking into a house. An adult male has one of them pinned to the ground. I live close to this location. I saw two boys messing with a sign at the front of my subdivision the other day as I was entering. I stopped my car after I got off the main road then watched them for a minute until they left. I wonder if it was them? Skater looking boys in the black baggy pants and t-shirts...
