  18. Thank you, Star & Dru's Nana. I think my memory is coming back LOL I remember a snowstorm that might have been in the 1960's. It was a loooong time ago I still lived at home with my parents. We lost power and we drove about 2 miles to get to my aunt & uncle's house with my parents & grandparents.. They had power & if I remember correctly we spent a couple days at their house. I was happy because I got to be with my 2 little cousins who are now grown & have children of their own.

  21. The news people keep talking about a major snow storm that came in on a Sunday years ago. Does anyone remember that one. I Don't remember that one, the only ones I remember came in on a week-day Just curious.
  22. I remember them all. In 1973 We were without power for almost a week in a total electric home. No fun! Had driving problems in 1982 & 2011. Snowed in for 3 to 4 days in 1993. 2014, Now I am getting a little Cabin fever....Who is ready for spring!!!
  23. In 1982 I was living in Lilburn & working in Roswell at the time. It usually took me 25 minutes to get to home it took me 4 hours to get home that day. It was awful. I got hungry, thirsty had to go to the bathroom and there was no way to pull off the road. I was so happy to get home safe & sound. 1993, thank goodness I had already gotten home from work when it all started that year.
