So very sad to hear this. Chickfila has always been one of my favorite places since the first one I went to at Cumberland Mall a long time ago. So glad he stayed true to his beliefs. Rest in peace Mr. Cathy.

We went to one of our grandson's football games last night. Great game & the stands were packed. Even tho their team lost, they did a great job & we had a blast!!!

That sounds yummy surepip we did miss your dinner threads. Glad to have you back. While I am typing we have pork chops cooking and I am getting ready to make potato salad & not sure what else.

A very dear friend of ours gave us some right out of the garden vegetables. So....... we had fresh green beans, boiled potatoes, wth butter, sliced tomatoes pork chops. cornbread & cole slaw. It was so yummy. Loved it!!!

Harmony Grove church road has beautiful scenery around Harmony Grove Church & the Horse Stables. Also Burnt Hickory Park is beautiful right here in the Burnt Hickory community.. I know it is about an hour drive but the Chief Vann House Historic site in Chatsworth, Ga. It is well worth the trip just to see the house & it is such a beautiful place to make pictures. Also, the New Echota Cherokee Historic site is right down the road from there. Both places are worth the trip if you are where you can go that far for the pictures.
