My gall bladder surgery went fine. I had lost 20 lbs because I could not eat big portions without having problems. Just a few weeks after the surgery I could eat normal & gained the 20 lbs back, now I need to go on a diet

Miss Sophie, I was in Ingles yesterday & they do have the Salad supreme seasoning. This thread has made me so hungry for some more spaghetti salad & to try some of these other great recipes...pasta salads is the way to go in the summer

I know what you mean. Ever since this happened I can't even get in to the car with out thinking about this poor baby. I have been feeling so sad & can't seem to shake this awful feeling. I just want to hug all our grand babies & children in our family so tight & let them know just how much we love them.

Events start at 5:00. We went last year & are planning to go this Sat night. There are a lot of people that go but it is so organized that the traffic flowed very well.
