Metal barrels are getting increasingly scarce because they are now using plastic barrels for many of the products shipped in them. Of course, the plastic ones don't work so well for burn barrels.

I'm sure Cain is referring to his military service. While I appreciate and thank him for that, serving in the armed forces does not give anyone a greater right to live here than someone who didn't or couldn't serve in that capacity.
