  1. You just don't read very well, do you? I never said the Magistrate wasn't in the system. I said that the Magistrate was NOT the one who orgranized or ordered the local militias, which IS what you stated. What you stated is false... The local magistrates had absolutely NOTHING to do with the localized militia. LOCAL rulings are just that... LOCAL. Local municipalities can emulate the federal law. If the locals emulate a federal law and also make an addition stating the their local Constitution DOES provide for personal protection, then that is covered. You do know that each
  2. As others have stated, gas is gas. The ONLY differences are the detergents and additives added in at the distribution facility. With that said, the individual gas stations are NOT all the same. Gas goes bad fairly quickly and a station that doesn't sell as much as other stations, like QT, can give you bad gas. Also, some of the other stations have less technologically advanced tanks. Tanks in newer stations have electronics that monitor water, gas quality, etc and they can offer better quality gasoline to the end user. As long as you stay with a fairly name branded gaso
  3. Actually, no, I'm not seriously mis-characterizing anything. You obviously did not read what I wrote. Go back and read. I did not say the 2nd Amendment was about individual protection. I said EXACTLY what you stated... it was designed for community militia/state militia to protect itself from the federal government. What I DID say was that the SUPREME COURT has ruled that the 2nd Amendment applies to the individual for personal protection needs. And you are wrong, it was NOT under the direction of the local magistrate, it was under direction of the Continental Army. The Continental A
  4. Just a little note... The "Bill of Rights" IS the Constitution. They are the first 10 Amendments and they were introduced by James Madison in the first US Congress.
  5. The 2nd Amendment, isn't "one man's liberty." It's a collection of men, whom believe the government is out of control, forming a militia to stop tyranny. Terrorism is a scare tactic against a community, not a government. Fighting for liberty is a check and balance to protect the citizens from out of control government. When the vote fails and there is no other options, the rebellious fight must occur. I don't think it's to this point as of yet, even though some do... but we are definitely on that road.
  6. Have you ever read the 2nd Amendment? "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." The purpose of the 2nd Amendment is for citizen's of the states to take up their arms and form militia's to keep the states free from oppression from the federal government. How do we know that? It's quite specific. Read it, word by word. "BEING NECESSARY TO THE SECURITY OF A FREE STATE...." It doesn't say, "In order for individual citizens to maintain a personal level of security, the
  7. Private citizen's can already purchase tanks and fighter jets. There is no law that says otherwise. Very few citizens have the funds to do so, but there is nothing illegal about owning either of those... There are many citizen's throughout the United States who own one or the other. In fact, there are state militia's, currently, that posses these items, along with grenade launchers, RPG's, M240 & M249 machine guns, field artillery, among many other pieces of heave warfare equipment.
  8. Do you seriously NOT see the difference in having a qualified resume and being mentally competent? Yes, if you look forward to the opportunity to kill someone, you should not be carrying a firearm. I stand by that statement. I have my firearm on me 24 hours a day. I have been in the situation a couple of times where I legitimately had to draw on someone. If I had to pull the trigger to stop the aggression, I would have, without hesitation. Did I look forward to that moment and was I secretly wanting the person to give me a reason to continue my defensive action? Hell no! As I have s
  9. Yeah, I was just wondering how Tele-Pubby came up with the instructor part when it wasn't mentioned in the video. That guy has a pretty damn impressive resume.
  10. Please get the terminology correct. I am a firearms instructor, not a concealed weapons trainer. I teach ALL disciplines of firearms. Second, what makes you think he's a firearm's instructor? He said nothing of any sorts about being a firearms instructor. Third, why do you keep asking me this? Are you that dense that I have to explain to you, over and over and over, again that I do not condone this type of radical gun supporter? I have explained to you that I promote safe and proper handling of firearms to ALL my students and that especially concealing a weapon requires yo
  11. Wrong again there, Tele-Pubby. Leaded gasoline is NOT illegal to use in as a motorfuel. It's used every single day by private pilots. Aviation gas is leaded gasoline and every time I take to the sky in a Cessna 172, it's filled with leaded gas. :clapping: :drinks:
  12. I would say that it's a scam too. However, you asked how they could do that. First, your privacy settings on Facebook are your settings for what other users see of your profile. Your privacy settings have nothing to do with administrator rights. The administrators of Facebook, just like an administrator of any website or private network, can see anything and everything you do. Your stuff is on their equipment. There are designated storage areas where pictures are stored... all they have to do is look in those locations and pick out what they want. Administrators can see everyth
  13. I know the Amish do this... never heard of the Baptist doing it.
  14. You know, Pubby, you ask some of the dumbest assed questions I've ever heard. First, shooting someone because you showed up and saw them with a gun is not legit and even YOU should be able to figure that you. Second, walk in to a store and I see someone holding someone at gunpoint or have just shot another, it's not typical to turn the gun away from the perpetrator to someone else they perceive as unarmed. They already have an immediate threat and that's what they will focus on. There's a reason it's called "CONCEALED carry." If I walk in to a situation, they are not going to kno
  15. You're right, but the problem is that the same people that refuse to recognize the problem are the same people that say we can't hold mentally ill people responsible for their actions. Funny, because my thought is that there is nobody that is sane that would kill another human for any reasons than in defense of ones of life or family. Someone who commits murder is not in the right frame of mind.
  16. You have no clue as to what my view is... and you're ASSuming, that you do. No, I don't have a notion that the world would be a better place if everyone carried concealed. You are as dumb as you look, if you think that's the case. I have NEVER said or implied any such thing. If you would get your head out of your ASSumptions, you might learn something. I am a firearms instructor and on MANY occasions, I have told people that because of the lack of natural skill they possess, they are not a good candidate for being armed. YOU would be one of those people I would not want armed, becaus
  17. I use a product called "Lookout" on my Android phone. It backs up contacts, pictures, and call database. It has a locator feature that will show you on GoogleMaps where the phone is located. It also has a "scream" feature that. You can go to a website and tell your phone to "scream" if you have lost it and it will sound a siren until you find it and turn it off. It also has the ability to remotely lock the phone and to do a clean wipe of the OS, if it were to get stolen. The base software is free and registration on the website is free. They do have a paid version with a f
  18. Yes, it's very sad. I'm sorry you tried and failed. Get educated on the subject a little bit... and then try again.
  19. You REALLY are ignorant, aren't you? There was only one quote, by Sarah Brady, that I posted, that was in that website as being debunked. Well, I can tell you, first and foremost, that website is wrong. Sarah Brady DID say that, as I heard it with my own ears. I remember when she said it. Were you alive when Reagan was shot? Are you old enough to even know who Sarah Brady is or who her husband is? She made that statement on national TV and it made the news. Now, quit trying to play in an arena where you have no clue as to what's going on.
  20. As I thought... you WON'T go do the search because you KNOW it will prove me right. You've made no point other than you refuse to believe facts or even do the research. You make the comments, "I've never heard that before..." any time someone tries to present facts. The only point you've made is to show that you're ignorant of the subject and you won't try to go find out for yourself. If I don't believe what someone says, I don't ask them to prove it too me, I go do my own research and I make my decision from MY findings. YOU, on the other hand are the type of person who li
  21. As I stated before, they are easily and readily available with a simple search on the internet. If you want to see when and where they made these comments, YOU look it up. "Simple enough".... well maybe not for you. Try this. Type www.google.com in your web browser. When the Google webpage comes up, type in one of the quotes in the search text box and hit the enter key on your keybaord or click the "Google Search" button below the text box. You're a typical liberal... you don't believe facts and you want everyone else to do the work. If you want to know when and where, YOU s
  22. Yes, I absolutely care they said it, but I never said I didn't care. No, Gary would not have the authority to come get them. A federal law cannot be enforced by local law enforcement. The only way local law enforcement can take action is if the state of Georgia or a local municipality creates a state law or municipality code that mimics the federal law. No, the point is and you specifically stated that, "PS: Ain't nobody coming after the guns held by law-abiding citizens." Nothing is further from the truth. Because you're too damn ignorant on the subject and don't want
  23. Coming from the person who lives in the dark and whose most famous line is, "I've never heard that..." Try getting an education and keeping up with society, moron. You that stupid that you can't find those quotes by doing a search on the internet?
  24. Blah, blah, blah... I give you the quotes and they are EASILY verifiable. You get it stuffed down your throat and you can't handle it. Just continue on with your blow hard propaganda and keep trying there little tele-Pubby. Hey... Pssst. The little dash thing --> "-person who said it" <----- and this, IS the source.
