It is called liability. Vinyl siding and burning off grass are mutually exclusive things. My neighbor tried to burn off his yard and melted the whole side off the end of his home. I have seen grass fires in subdivisions where we have been called out. when the grass starts growing again, it is as green as can be. No... That is a vow you make to your spouse. Just because they break it does not give you the right to do the same. You promised to forgive and that is what you do. I actually enjoy the "peek-a-boo" over the seat thing... for short periods. Not for my entire dinner though. If I can look up and smile at a child and add a good momment to their day and help pacify a restless child even for a few seconds, I see no harm in it. I do have a real problem with small kids running around in a restraunt with no supervision. It is disruptive and dangerous. What she said. I have taken Dis jr. to the bathroom, outside, behind another building or even home leaving the wife and daughter to eat when he misbehaved. He does MUCH better now. I will cut a parent slack for things that just happen and not think much about it. However an ongoing 10- 15 minute tantrum or an entire dinner with an ill mannered or cranky child is just pushing the limits of acceptability. Picking crops is a skilled job? Not to be confused with growing / farming in general. When the farmer says it is time to pick the cotton, you go pick it. Now there will be a very small learning curve as you figure out the best way to remove the crop from the plant. I do not remember having to read a book in order to pick an apple off our apple tree. But sure they will be a little slower at first.

Supply and demand works. In the face of shortages prices rise. If there is a labor shortage then wages "prices" need to rise. when they go up enough they will get more workers. On the other hand, they may be trying to force another shortage. If their goods are in short supply, the price of the goods will rise. If the price of goods rise then they can better afford to pay the workers more. It is all part of the laws of supply and demand.

I have no issue with teaching proper nutrition. Why do you feel that a teacher would know when they are full enough or have eaten too much. Proper nutrition education means eating the proper items from the right food groups and teaching the benefits of following them vs the down side of not.
