Wonder if the new makeup of the Commission will change who is hired for that job and others in this county? The percentage is based on the number of voters in the last Presidential election. I would think it would be considerably more than 875.....

Is P.com in that 10% minority? It is a fact that most folks think illegals are all from Mexico. They are not. We need to worry about all illegals and what they cost the US taxpayer. Young unaccompanied illegals are flooding our borders to get the amnesty you are speaking of. Our government would be stupid to give it to them. They need to be sent back to their home governments to be taken care of. American taxpayers have enough trouble caring for their own children.

You would not think they did nothing if you had seen them scooping up Campaign signs and moving sign wavers on May 20th. More will be said about that in the near future or so I hear.

No they don't favor amnesty for illegals. There is a reason for immigration laws. All illegals are not from Mexico and we really need to know that they are loyal to the US. Far too many bombs and grenades killing our military members that are set off by so called friends or religious terrorists who have joined our forces.

No. I think it was a question of what we wanted more. An airport was way down on my list and was way down on the list of some of the folks who now have committed the county to an expansion.

You are so wrong! Illegals could be here with many motives that would make them dangerous to have in the military. That is why we have immigration laws and we vet folks who want to live and work in this country. Oh I forgot, Obama changed all of that......

This is just the tip of the iceberg. Illegal immigrant Children are crossing our borders every day unaccompanied. They are coming to take advantage of the "Dream Act" that they think will be passed soon. It is becoming a real problem for border states as well as Georgia. Obama has given them legal status by executive order. Couple that with the criminal illegals his administration is returning to the streets and we have some real problems. We can become victims of their crime as well as having to take care of them with our tax dollars. Why are the citizens allowing this? Time to stand

I have been watching the election very closely. Trust me when I say closely. I do not believe the election was bought. The people who went out and voted cared enough one way or another about the expansion to get off their duffs and do something about it. The folks who had issues with it came out and made their voices heard. Delta did not get a vote. Let it go and try to work with the Commission we will have in 2015. You may be surprised at what happens. I am going to pray that they all have the best interests of Paulding and her citizens at heart and vote accordingly.

I am not taking sides in the expansion issue. I will stand for the right of citizens to question their government. I would remind you of the IRS scandal. The citizens voices were apparently silenced by using the strong arm of the government. I will be pissed at whoever is at fault that taxpayer money is being spent. If it is my government's I will be doubly pissed!

I am not taking sides as I have often said. I am not OK with spending taxpayer money when it is not necessary. I am also not OK with the taxpayer not having the right to question the government when they have a reason to. It is what it is. Private citizens do have the right to privacy no matter which side anyone is on. I will remind you of the IRS scandal.

When you are a public figure or politician you open yourself up to the question of transparency. As a private citizen you have the right to remain private. JMO

Are you saying that no one in Paulding who opposes Expansion has big bucks. I think you may be very mistaken about that. Just because they don't want their names used does not mean they don't exist. JMO
