I don't know about all of that but he is a natural born Citizen because his mother was born here. Same as John McCain and Romney.

I just edited my post to say that I was told by folks who are supposed to know that they went to Canada and filled out paper work to make it legal. It was about something other than Ted Cruz but rock'smom likes him so much she made it about him. They did not bestow dual citizenship until 7 years after Ted was born. Not sure they were even aware he had it. He renounced it and is an American with no other allegiance. Half a truth is not better then the whole truth. No, he renounced the other and is an American Citizen but he was always an American citizen because his mother is. They had to go to Canada and fill out the paper work to make it legal there. His Mom was born in Texas. His parents were working in Canada when he was born.

I have met his Dad and talked to him about his time in prison under Batista. He was a legal immigrant. He knows what a free country is and what a Communist country is. Your President has caused more division than we could ever have imagined. Really, you should look at him before accusing others. Course that is just my opinion. Really? The only thing that has changed is the administration has increased the number that they plan to bring in. The President does not need approval from Congress and he has moved to start doing what he wants in this area. The first 10,000 came in last week and have landed in Louisiana.
