if he had had sex with teenagers, under 16 years of age, or against their will...the charges should have been brought as statutory rape, within the allotted time frame. as a criminal case. sex with young men in exchange for material goods? pfft. i don't care if he's a pastor or not. the boys could have said no, or called the cops at the time. this is a civil matter, and i think it's because the young men, now no longer having relations, want even more money.
