mistakenly consumed? the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is already illegal. if there was even one instance of a gas station selling this to a kid 'by accident' that gas station should have been fined and had their license revoked. why ban the drink when there are already laws in place prohibiting the sale of them to minors? is your daughter a teenager? if so, you should have sued the piss out of the establishment that sold the alcoholic beverage to her. and, teach her to read fine print. she'll need to know that lesson for many, many reasons as an adult.

i guess i'm not surprised that a haidresser/waitress/bartender? has no problem with pot. it diminishes your desire to do anything productive with your life. wanting your children to grow up being 'talking bean bags', is abusive in my opinion. i've taught my children to work hard, study hard, and apply themselves 100%. not something that can be done while in a 'laid back' pot induced 'haze' but hey, college isn't for everyone, neither is the military, or the professional work world. it just seems crappy to me that a parent wouldn't want to see their offspring realize their
