No, the problem is not with a silt fence on a foreclosed property !!!! It is a problem with a neighbor who landscaped their back yard......

Already went to the county and because it's private property, they can't help.....EPA is involved with the silt fence....on our platt, the back of our property is not designated as a drainage ditch....The HOA said they were going to suggest that they put the property back like it was...the HOA attorney has already sent them a letter, but this crap has gone on long enough....that's why I was wanting to get some suggestions for a good HOA attorney because we will take them and the HOA to court !!!! Especially when the HOA has said that they were wrong in what they did because they did not get ap

No just two people on our HOA......no permit, they just did it !!!!! They tore down silt fences, covered a drainage ditch, put underground pipes for two of their downspouts from their house to the back of our property AND they got the neighbors two doors down from us to run pipes from his house to connect with theirs so now we get all the water from two houses !!! It's a mess !!!! It clearly stipulates in our covenenats that you cannot re-landscape your property against the original lay of the land !!!! You got that right !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Neighbor re-landscaped their back yard without the permission of the HOA and now our yard stays flooded. It's in our covenants that you cannot do that. They have pipes going underground from all their downspouts where the water runs on our property. Solution is for them to put the landscaping back like it was. The HOA has said that what they did was wrong, but now they want us to try and re- landscape the back of our yard so we don't get flooded from their water !!! We didn't create the problem, so therefore our yard will stay like it is !!!! HOA just wants to drag their feet now.

Who would you suggest ???????
