Yeah my wife works for a large heating and air company here in the county. She knows you and we all met at the Taste of Paulding thing in the Fall out on Hwy 278...she hurt her back a few months ago and went to the hospital. They gave her Percocet and she didnt want to take it. I took her to your hubby. I carried her in...she walked out. Thats a good thing lol.

I had never heard of mulch being blown in either until I started looking around and saw some companies in other areas that do it. They bring a truck in and blow it in...kinda like they blow insulation into your attic I guess. Was Kelly Landscapings price reasonable? You might want to consider asking your doctor about a product called Exalgo. You can find more info at www.exalgo.com. It is an extended release version of hydromorphone which is the same molecule as your immediate release dilaudid. You take it once daily and may avoid some of the high peaks that you have with immediate release dilaudid. CVS in Dallas usually carries it. Again, this is something that you would have to discuss with your doctor. Please do not try to make any self diagnosis based on this information. I hope this helps.
