LPPT, you're a incredible human being. He loves you very much as do the rest of us. Thanks for bringing levity to a sad situation.

No one ever smiled bigger and brighter when I sang one of those old country tunes he loved so much. This is one of the last songs I sang for him. It was a request from he and LPPT and they had a great time dancing to it. I'd like to remember Johnny just the the way he was each time he came out to a show. That's where I first met him. What we all called the Summer of Love in 2008. He and His late wife and boy came to see me every week when they could. Of course he was always out to support my show anytime he could. He's been a great friend to so many and I know especially LPPT is hurting over t

Someone refresh my memory about the lies Heath told. I was already not voting for him. But I'm curious to know what I seemed to have missed last go around. -
Snakes are beautiful creatures. I'm glad you didn't kill it. I don't believe any snake is bad.

It absolutely has to do with the appraiser. We're in a Sellers market because the inventory is very low. Prices are leveling and slowly ticking upwards.

This was appointment TV when I was a kid. One of the few happy memories of my childhood. Every Friday night was Chinese food and Dallas with my Mom and Stepdad. I'm definitely going to be watching. I too got to visit the ranch 11 years ago and it was just like you were part of it.

If you need a referral to a lender...I've got several great ones that do excellent work for my clients. And as converse mentioned, you should be able to get the costs rolled into the loan and they are being generous with lender credits these days. Also, there might be special re-fi available for VA like there is for FHA. Let me know if you need that referral. Rates were under 3.5% Friday.

I don't completely understand your question? And I'm not sure if you were asking me a question or someone else.

Some of my folks have done successful refinances. Also, if you have a Fannie Mae backed loan, I would look at the HARP 2.0 is a great program. Thoughts, you and I should chat sometime or perhaps you should chat with one of my preferred lenders. You're misinformed about the current loan market.

I understand the part of your point about needed pay increases and jobs that aren't service oriented. However, rates are in the 3's this morning. Ironically due to the unemployment figures. Still, when you can purchase a $60k property in great condition and your payment is only in the $400 range, that's not out of reach for most people making $15/hour. You gross more than the house payment in one week. And $2100 (3.5%) down on $60k is easily saved over a couple of months. It can be done. I'm living proof of that. 8 years ago when the market was hot and prices were sky rocketing I bou

Nope. I'm not seeing any of those. I'm talking regular banks loaning money to regular people. I don't know why people are saying that the banks aren't lending. They never stopped. They aren't as loose as they once were and that's a good thing.

All I'm going to say about this is Bull.sheeze. I'm busier than I've ever been. I'm on track to close 40 transactions this year. Money is being lent, to folks with responsible credit histories. And there are people putting down in excess of 10% in some cases. At minimum they are required to do 3.5% down on almost every transaction on which I'm working. This economy will remain weak in the minds of folks who refuse to think anything but negative. I on the other hand am having the time of my life working right now and I'm thrilled beyond belief.

Where do they have KARAOKE or OPEN MIC in Paulding County?
MarkPalm replied to Perry Mason's topic in RECENT TOPICS
That's true...but seriously...it's really small. I mean like half the size of MacFarlane's dining room. The last thing I want to do is piss off patrons because they want to come but they can't get in. The other issue is, it's a family atmosphere and while that's perfectly fine, we all know that children hogging the karaoke mic will kill a show PDQ. Ideally I'm looking for a venue similar to MacFarlane's. It just doesn't exist. I am appreciative of The Dugout for offering. I just don't see my show working there. -
I don't know what it says for your upbringing but it tells me y'alls collection is...vintage? Get some new stuff already. There's not nearly as many mustaches these days. On any of the lips.

I'm going to mull this over. The only issue I see with your place is the size. When I run a karaoke show we pack it out. I'm afraid we wouldn't have enough room for everyone. BTW- The burger I got at your place a couple of weeks ago was pretty ding dang good. -

Don't get too excited...but it's been discussed. -
And I just emptied my PM box. As suspected it was full because it's drastically smaller with a non paid account.
-
It's probably full. I didn't renew my CM so I'm sure my box is smaller. You are always free to email me at mark@idealrealestateprofessionals.com

You're sweet, thanks. They are part of the reason I've been too busy to play here and I couldn't be more grateful. I adore them.

Crist's Residency Challenged in School Board Race
MarkPalm replied to gpatt0n's topic in Fastread page
I don't know the man and I have no dog in this fight because I don't live in Paulding. But if he didn't really live in the county why are people upset that he dropped out or was "tried and convicted on Pcom" or whatever? If he doesn't live in the county the law says he can't run for county office. I can say that the owner occupant affidavit that's signed at a real estate closing is serious business. If someone signs the affidavit as a stated owner occupant and does not live in the property as their primary residence there could be serious consequences. Especially if the home was purchased from -
Thanks, y'all. I'm fortunate enough to not have a lot of time to devote to anything other than some really great clients. But I'm working on slipping back into some fun.

Perry Mason, I really appreciate that compliment. There has been some talk of late of putting the show together again and finding a venue. Keep your eyes and ears open for info. It could come soon. -
UH...why do you think I titled the thread with the lyrics. Hee Haw went off the air in '86. I was 10. I have all the old shows on DVD. I adore it. I try to catch it on RFD TV any chance I can. Here's another that I love... http://youtu.be/nPL7nN99jno
