thanks for the replies. but i guess i asked the question wrong. my parents own a home in alabama and need to sell it. we are wanting to know if there is a way to find people wanting to buy houses without going through a realtor. i have several cousins in the business if it comes to that. i know ebay used to have a section for that, but i cant seem to find it.

When was the last time you went there? And why should the owner go visit the guy at the hospital? Would you feel sorry for the buy behind bars who was arrested for causing problems on his establishment because be was drink. If you heard the interview and read the article the guy was asked to leave and didn't want to. He was escorted outside and fell. Why arrest the bouncer for doing his job. Pure crazieness. Some people need to think before they speak. Just saying.

I happen to frequent THIS bar quite often and they are very strict on their policies of abiding by the law. How can You hold judgment on a place you don't go to. As far as alcohol permits, if any of y'all condemning the place were to go there you would see see them by the front door for all to see on plain sight. And as far as stripper poles the bar up front has 2,so you can't judge by that.

Thanks for the info. But I guess I wasn't clear enough. She had one removed a few years back when she had kidney cancer. Well now she has a tumor on the only adrenal gland she has left. We were wondering if anyone us or knows anyone who doesn't have one and how they function and the quality of life they live. Besides what the dr says.

Speaking of this subject. How can I find out if my speedometer works? I got a ticket last week over by the sheriffs office on Old Cartersville. And I know I wasnt going what the laser said. By the time I got to the one who pulled me over I had already slowed down considerably to turn at my turn. I may be crazy and pshyco at times but not stupid. wow. i guess things do happen for a reason. if i hadnt lost my job up there a couple weeks ago, i woulda been there. i worked every wednesday night for the last 6 months. so either i woulda had a heart attack or been shot, or most definetly a nervous breakdown. dont think anyone was hurt my friend is working right now and texted me right after it happened. dont know details yet. waiting on police to leave to get details. wow just wow. Oh and as far as steaks and other red meats go if you arent sure as far as a cook goes as to what med. rare or med raRe goes undercook anyway. You can always put back on the grill if it is undercooked. Overcooked it is a waste and then yes the cook should have to pay then.

In my opinion yes if the server knows exactly what the customer ordered and took the wrong food out anyway. It is the servers responsibility. Make sure of what the customer orders before you leave the table. And when they pick up the food double check the food before you take it to the table. It is not rocket science. When you take the order recall it back to the customer before you ever put it in. If you are too lazy or incompetant to do so then pay for it.
