momof 3, the bolded part is so true. I am one of those. I am a great listener and sometimes just getting out what's in your head helps immensely. I do know that when I came on here hysterical due to my dad's heart surgery, so many reached out to me. I got so many nice PM's as well as very sweet comments. I was very touched by the kindness of people. I also had my family and a couple close friends who helped me through just by letting me talk my emotions out. Never underestimate the kindness of people.

I have been keeping up with this thread for most of the day. I'm struggling for words as to how to convey my deep sense of empathy for everyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one, those who are lonely, and TJB, for you having to watch your wife suffer from such a horrible disease. I haven't lost a spouse or any of my immediate family members, thank God, but I have lost several loved ones in my life. As GD said, there are absolutely Cotton mouths in Georgia. There are many in Ellijay. There are approximately 51 snakes indigenous to Ga. Only six are venomous, that's six too many for me, but the Cotton mouths are very abundant around the Blue Ridge, Ellijay area. You also stated that Coral snakes are not venomous, they are. Not trying to be snarky but facts are facts. -

The most memorable movie we saw in school was, Gone With the Wind. What was so cool about it is that we got to go on a field trip to the Fox to watch it. That's where my love affair with this amazing movie started. Still one of my all time faves.
