Definition of a bigot. : a person who is obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices; especially : one who regards or treats the members of a group (as a racial or ethnic group) with hatred and intolerance I never said everyone who had a differing view was a bigot. There's a difference between disagreeing and being hateful.

I would just like to say, I'm very grateful to those who gave their life so that we could enjoy the freedom we have today. Words could never express the gratitude I feel. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6GEpxVIPSw

Jeni, there are a lot of Christians who do not subscribe to RB's way of thinking. He is one of those, IMO, who uses the bible to further his hate filled agenda. I don't believe that is what God intended. He and a few others in this thread are nothing but hate filled, prejudiced, bigots. Sad, really. You know I love you, I just wanted to politely point that out.

The problem with "portion size" is that it's simply not enough food for some kids for a lot of reasons. One example, and I can think of many, is a kindergartner and a fifth grader get the same amount of food. The fifth grader will, more than likely, be far hungrier and eat more than the kindergartner. Another point is that the kids that don't have enough to eat at home will also be hungrier and require more food as well. I find it funny that one thinks a "one portion fits all" could possibly make any sense. Sure, some kids overeat, that was not my point or issue. That's a whole different bo

Your so sweet to have done that! Been down that road too, and the kids so appreciate it. I'll try to find out info on the BPP. I would like to help also.
