1.

I took some Benedryl about an hour ago and if it's any bigger in the morning, I'll go to urgent care.
 2. I was in the garage with Hubby this afternoon and felt something on my arm. I didn't look, just brushed it off and then it started stinging. A few minutes later, there was a big, icky bump on my arm. We came upstairs, scrubbed it off, cleaned it and put antibiotic ointment on it with a band-aid. Now there's a little hole in my arm and a red circle around it that is getting bigger and bigger. It's about the size of the bottom of a drinking glass now. It's tender, but doesn't hurt too much. Hubby is staying at work tonite and I told him to keep his phone handy in case my arm fell off. It's real
 3.

It's an old pattern. http://www.dinnerwaredepot.com/shop/catalog/handler~event~familySelected~pf_id~1941.htm
 4.

That's what I was screaming, and my daughters were like, 'What is Old Country Roses'. Dumb kids too!!!!
 5. And I stand corrected..............it was the sugar BOWL that was outside, not the lid, she left the lid in the kitchen floor. Goof ball dog!!

Indeed....my question too. Come baaaaaack!!!!!
 7.

You mean like the two moles she brought in yesterday, one barely alive and one dead? We heard all this commotion in the kitchen and upon closer inspection, she was rolling around on the dead one and she had the other one in her mouth gnawing on it. OMG, she's a whacko!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!
 8. OK, some of you know the saga of the pup who wandered to my house, refused to go home, we tried to re-home which we ended up doing at our own house. She is making me crazy and the last straw came this afternoon. She takes things outside through the doggy door, she doesn't always chew them up, but there are certain things you don't want in the backyard. She'll take shoes, towels, toys, cd's, the dog bowls, the salt shaker (yes the salt shaker), hair brushes, etc., the list goes on and on. Well, we just got home from the Special Olympics at Stars and Strikes and there was sugar all over the
 9.

Vinnie. Hands down.
 10. It was awful looking, that poor dog. There is a special place in He!! for people who do things like that.
 11. We just got a call from One School Now talking about sleet and snow on Thursday night. Where are these two very different reports coming from?
 12.

Because the ONLY thing this thread is about is that CVS is going to stop selling cigarettes. If someone else wants to start one about every other evil thing that is sold in store, fine, they can. It just has no relevance in this one.
 13. A marketing move? Are you kidding? A marketing move that will cost them millions and even billions in sales? If that's the case, then they need to fire the brilliant employee that came up with this idea, because marketing is supposed to MAKE you money, not throw it out the window.
 14. Practically anything you buy in a retail store can be used in a manner that can be dangerous. Bringing Rx drugs, candy, sodas, etc into this conversation is ridiculous. Comparing eating a candy bar to smoking a cigarette is simply stupid. By that logic, all retail establishments should close because they sell things that can be harmful to you. Everyone knows the dangers and life threatening consequences of smoking and the idea that junk food is even remotely close to the same thing is ignorant. CVS should be praised for this decision, not knocked because they sell junk food or Rx drug
 15.

Yes, it's about cigarettes, thank you!
 16. I've never been so happy to hear the garbage truck as I was just now, thank you Trash Taxi!!!!!!!
 17. CVS is going to stop selling cigarettes. I'm shocked that the all mighty dollar lost a battle with a giant retailer. I always thought it odd that drugstores sell meds that will heal you and then turn around and sell the very thing that could be killing you. I applaud you CVS!! http://www.nbcnews.com/health/health-news/so-long-cigs-cvs-pulls-tobacco-products-its-stores-n22156
 18. I just heard on the news that 4 suspected drug dealers have been arrested in connection with selling heroin to Hoffman. All drug dealers need to be under the jail, but when is dying of a drug overdose your own fault as opposed to who you got the drugs from? It's good that these people are off the streets for the time being, but Hoffmans death is no more tragic than some other nameless street persons is. An addict is an addict and for the police to suddenly start making arrests because a famous person died is a slap in the face to the families of the unknowns that have died of the same thing. J
 19.

You totally hit the nail on the head with this post.
 20.

Yea......we go with the frozen ones a lot around here. I wouldn't even attempt them for 26 years because I was so intimidated by the thought of screwing up. I do think your grandmother has a point about making them every morning for 10 years, it's an art that takes years of practice and at this point, I'm behind the curve! HAHA!
 21.

What are you even talking about????????????????????????????????????????????????
 22.

My grandmother made a big pan of biscuits every morning and evening and always patted then out by hand. She'd pinch off a little ball, roll it and pat it and put it on the pan. They were the most uniform biscuits I've ever seen.
