gpatt0n
This just came in ... Officials in Arizona have confirmed with Paulding County Sheriff's Office detectives that the missing child's hair had been cut off to an extremely short length as if to alter the identity of the missing girl. She was originally described as having long brown curly hair. pubby
drosser
Unless the mother was kidnapped, it seems to me that she should face some type of charges. If she knew about the allegations against the step-father and left with him anyway, she's no better than he is. Also, if she had the child's hair cut to help conceal her identity, she's guilty of something. JMO.
linda4dale
I'm glad the children are safe now. Sounds like Mom needs to get some help (therapy, parenting classes, etc.) and I hope she does. Pubby - thanks for mentioning Rountree Rec Open House in the News!

The parent, Jerry Fagin, turned himself into the Paulding County Sheriff's office Sunday evening at about 5:30 pm and has been booked into jail on the charges of child molestation. Here's his bookin picture taken earlier this evening: Given the report from yesterday, the child remains in protective custody in Arizona along with mom and brother. Deputy Brandon Gurley thanked the media for their involvment in finding the girl and the rapid resolution and jailing of the suspect. pubby
