A missing 8-year-old girl (Isabella Petty?), possibly in the company of a 30-year-old man (Jerry Phagan?), last seen in a red Ford Taurus in the vicinity of Williams Lake Road. Fagen is believed to be on the run from law enforcement and is believed to have the eight year old step-daughter in his custody. He is also expected to be in the company of Casey Lynn Fagen (wife and victim's mother) and his one (1) year old son. The allegations of this sexual misconduct were reported to the Paulding County Sheriff's Office Crimes Against Children (CAC) unit on April 17, 2009 by the Department of Family and Children Services. The allegations made have been described by the Paulding County Sheriff's Office CAC unit as "inappropriate sexual contact." Probably because the call came from DFACs which was, as is customary, doing an investigation before leveling charges. The report indicates that the child is also in the company of her mother, so perhaps it wasn't initially seen as an abduction.
