FreeBird
A/C heading your way - better make tracks! I only posted this because of the absurdity of the call - if two cats are in your flower bed, why not just go soak them down with a hose? Leave the officer to do other more important calls. FreeBird
mrsjones, after further consideration I think my other suggestion will work for you too - just wait in the bathroom and hose them down whenever they make tracks for the tub. No reason for EMS, A/C or the SO on this one so hold the phone. Do you need to borrow a long hose?

ihaveadog
if its not your cat then you have bigger issues - do you not have a 4-legged alarm system? If you're the lady that has the dozen or so cats that roam the neighborhood where I live, she'll call AC on your dog(s). She'll make up stories of how your dog(s) roam around and chase her cats on her property, neglecting to mention that her cat(s) were on your property when they got chased back to her property.
