He was then insisting on taking his/her car for payment. I guess someone else at that address, went to the Chevron station at Nebo/Dallas Nebo to call police to stop the drug dealer from taking the car. Does that make sense? His head could of been on cloud9 who knows. Don't assume the person having to tell the cop the story of what the dealer was thinking when he tryed this.. That he was having to pay the dealer back. He could of not been on drugs and he didn't owe the dealer nothing. I am going to wait untill I hear what was really going down. I hope this is what was really going on.
