Yes, I heard about that. What you did not know is we had donated $10 to someone in need. His grandma donated $10 for the curious George mission and that was the exact amount that we donated. God gave us back the exact amount that was given. Strange? No, not to me! Miracles of this sort have been happening at my store for 8 years. Too supernatural to write off as coinsidence.

Teresa will be back Friday August 28th. Teresa has been with us for three years and she took medical leave the beginning of June. Since she left, we found out how many people had well wishes for her and her/our customers missed her so much! She will be back with bells on to help us gear up for the Christmas transition. Her speed in processing donations is unsurpassed. I feel now my staff is complete. We have Jennifer, Cara and Teresa! Yeah!

Vicky Sosebee works for me at The Thrift Store for years. I know the family very well. They are sad of her passing. It does not matter how old a person is, you are never ready to deal with such a loss. I want to thank all of you for your prayers for the family.

I talk to someone that may be bringing me a wedding dress or even two pretty soon, she decided to wear her grandmothers vintage gown and she has two she had and decided not to wear. So as they sell, the grooms will be referred to you for sure.

I have not posted that much in a few days. The reason is, we have been packing the store. I am tired. I got to see a lot of you as I was working alot in the mornings, which is rare for me since I am an afternoon and night owl. We got it stocked! We have tons of clothes, furniture, knick knacks and guess what? God answers prayers, we got books too! Thanks to everyone for all the donations....we GOT THRIFT!!
