That's exactly what I was thinking about that sentence. Then I thought that maybe I just watch too much news and am getting overly suspicious. We are sitting here laughing about it...making up stories like this person is one of those "Sovereign Citizen" nuts who will soon be moving into our backyard and living in our RV. Heck, these days I would not even take that amount of CASH from anyone. I'm not about to yellow pen check every bill or get knocked over the head on my way home with that kind of money.

Here's the deal... We are trying to sell our motorhome after a few years of not having any time to use it much, I placed ads on several RV sites, Craigslist, and the AJC classified ads. I take my dog there a few times a week. Otherwise he just lays around like a big old lump in this weather. And yes to the leash laws...even if your dog is under voice control.
