I lived very close to Dobbins when my house was being built, never noticed the noise. I was on Delk rd....What is that 2-3 miles max from the base? Paulding County = Good Ol BOY club...I can understand why people are upset....I was only commenting on how the noise wasn't that bad.

I worked on base at a Navy Squadron...office was on top of the hanger. I remember the helos being louder than the P-3's or P-8's. It wasn't that loud like people are carrying on about. Now if you had F-18 flying over your house I could see why you would be upset. People in VA Beach have to deal with that. I'm 15 minutes from ATL airport isn't that loud I go outside and can see the planes, but cant really hear them. Also in MD I was right by a small airport, no biggie.

Put a ton of powered sugar into a freezer bag and put the cookies in there while they are still warm. Then into the freezer. When you bring them out shake around again to get the most powered sugar on them. Enjoy. Also I dip mine in almond bark. I use white and reg chocolate.

I've never done it, but I would think it would be OK. A good cookie to freeze is Mexican Wedding Cookies. I actually keep them in the freezer and eat them that way. So GOOD. Yes, I keep mine in the fridge, they taste better cold.

I love my hubby. He is handsome, kind and most of all he gave me 3 beautiful children. It is bittersweet. We meet in Bootcamp and now we are dealing with our son being gone in BOOTCAMP.
