Thank you for the helpful response. I've submitted my renewal. I just have to do an "interview" (as in, they need to ask me the same stupid questions I just answered on the piece of paper). So, that's why this is becoming stressful.

#1 - I'm male. Not sure where the random assumption came from that I'm female, but it's kind of funny. Haha. #2 - It's Paulding DFCS. #3 - Pubby, there's not really an excuse for bigotry.

Well, have you talked with her about it? Tell her that you wish she would have so you could've grown up to be more respectful. Always easy for people to tell others what they should and shouldn't do with no information on that person's life or abilities. I work 7 days a week, two jobs. I have no time. Sorry.

That'd be great, except I've tried to change my password literally 7 times now, and every time I do so, it still says it's invalid. I contacted DFCS a few weeks ago about it and was told "they have no idea". I'm at a loss.
