I agree 100%. The group that has trashed Paulette has done nothing to help Mr. Avery, I believe they have actually hurt him. In fact I have a message from someone very close to Mr. Avery that pretty much says that.

OK, so you think this District will have no impact on me. That's OK.

I have a business that sits in 19 I have a hefty tax payment, so I have a lot of concern and $ tied up in this district.

I can't vote in 19, however if I could I would probably skip over that race.

I was gonna say that but I was hoping you'd chime in. You have one of those cool uniforms, too don't you!! I think there are several of us here that give our ONE hour per week.

Naw, not orange jumpsuits but I do have a nice orange shirt for one group, a fun uniform for another and a bright green one for another...............let's see, I know there are more. BTW, I think only the community service workers that work on the roadways wear orange, it helps the cars to see them. There are many more community service needs and they don't wear orange jumpsuits for that.

Oh I certainly will. He and my brother in law were best friends before he passed away. Went on a couple of Alaska cruises together.

Heck I do thousands of hours of community service ever year!! Voluntarily!!

Interesting, I know Charlie Watts and his family well. His grandsons attended High School with my son. They were all in band together. In fact the oldest and my son both played trumpet. Band families tend to be very close to each other.

Doesn't District 19 encompass some of Cobb, Powder Springs???

I don't know for sure but I know after the 2000 census there were all kinds of redrawing of district lines. So I would say never as this district stands right now. Nathan Dean, a strong caring Democrat was our senator when I first moved to Paulding County.

There are several programs and videos that you can share with your child. Watch them together and then discuss them. We as parents are really not prepared to answer all the questions they have, we are sometimes too emotional and scared to hit the areas that they need most. Make sure what you get is age appropriate, make it a movie and popcorn night. View it by yourself before you show it to him. Be prepared to answer the hard questions without scaring him.

In a round about way, it is the family of one of the previous leaders in Pack 321. While she is no longer a leader, she is forever a member of our family.

Well......... he was in college, but now he's not because he wants the District 19 seat. BTW, he really doesn't have a clue his campaign manager was posting on pcom, there are a bunch of other things he doesn't know about him either. And the campaign manager had in his profile he lived in East Paulding and was posting from Dallas, GA. Funny he's never even been a resident of Paulding County. That has recently been changed to reflect that he is actually out of the county. It appears they have not been forthright in a lot of what they have shared with us.

It appears there are some folks on here that have done nothing but declare Paulette Braddock the republican candidate running for District 19 is a common criminal.
