I think I kept mine too busy to get in too much trouble, scouts, band, 4H shooting sports, football, baseball..........they didn't have time to get in trouble and I was mostly there with them. Thank goodness they are all grown and responsible young adults.

Have you ever thought about just buying a platform to put the dryer on?? I should raise it up enough to allow you to put the clothes in without having to bend over. Up and over instead of up, over and down. Just a thought. Heck someone could build you one for little or nothing. Well, you can just add a light butter. Actually that's how I always eat mine, I want the potato not the stuff on top. But then again I have been known to eat a raw potato or two in my lifetime.

Well, it means she is not a convicted felon as some have said here. She did not have to plead guilty to get a pre-trial diversion. Sometimes it's just better to take the deal than spend the $ it will take to dispute it. It appears there are some financial problems going on so it could well be she had no $ to pay an attorney. Thank you for researching this and yes I agree not guilty does not necessarily mean innocent, however the implications of people calling her a felon for something she is not guilty of really stretches it over the top. I admire your admission that she does not have to plead guilty for a pre-trial diversion.
