Surepip, your cooking is incredible!! But most of us do not have the time to prepare meals the way you do. Even if we did, most of us don't have the storage space. I absolutely understand this will never come close to what you make, it is a pretty good substitute.

Since most of us are not gourmet cooks as Surepip is, you can buy a concentrated beef base. I was the bookkeeper for a restaurant a hundred years ago and they made really good French Onion soup. Apparently a huge tree has fallen across Pumpkinvine Creek (278) and the power lines are under it. Power poles have snapped. Lots of Power Company trucks, they are not sure what to do, the creek is a problem. They told us we would be without power most of the day. We sent everyone home.
