I use Bisquick for the dumplings, the recipe is on the box. Super easy. The key is not to stir them for the first 10 minutes even though it looks like they are coming out of the pan. Don't think the boneless will change it that much but you might want to add some bullion if it needs "more" flavor.
I'm with Myprayers and UnionMom, maybe Ragsdale is good on new construction, I don't know but I absolutely would not use them for any repairs. I too will not go in to detail but there a many others that are wonderful. We use Cobb Air, Buddy Cobb.

Unfortunately MJR, Boy Scouts have this thing for tents. For some reason they don't like customized ones like you have.
