He's had it for about 2 years, and seems to be going down faster, now. He has a loss of most functions, but for now he is able to ride his chair to the car, and my daughter helps him transfer into the car. They cannot carry the chair with them.

Bird genetics, as for as color is concerned, are in reverse of the Squirrel. Genetics are very complicated to an average individual. Walking is the best option of travel. Walking is good for people. Drive to a central location, and walk. If there were bicycle lanes that would even be better. Any way you can to get cars off the streets. I've seen people hop in their car to drive as little as a 1/4 mile.
