Mentally I'm fine. As for the dog, he's not "been gone" in the month that he and his cohorts keep running around this neighborhood, so I don't suspect he's listening to the scanner. <_<

I was not the one trapped; however, I was the one pulled off her porch by her lab b/c he took off unexpectedly after this damned dog and who had a sprained wrist for a week. <_

This is the same dog that I called about over a month ago and nothing was ever done about it. The dog is constantly (along with several others) running the neighborhood. I was told by animal control to see if I could find where he lived--HE'S A STRAY--HE DOESN'T HAVE A FRECKING HOME. :duh:

I don't think you should eliminate mayberries b/c they are supposed to be given for "good" behavior. I think if people knew they would expire, then they might decide to "use" them before they were gone. Bullets, however, are meant to alter the original behavior; therefore, if the behavior does change, they have done their job and should be removed. Kinda like a jail sentence; right now, a bullet is a life sentence regardless of the offense. JMO...

I still think bullets ought to expire after so long if there are no further transgressions...JMO. Mayberries shouldn't b/c they're for "good" things, but if the object of the bullet is to alter behavior, and it does, then shouldn't the offender get a reprieve after X number of months?
