I know "first hand," in that Celeb Scene doesn't have anything to do with the .38 Special Concert. Pubby knows "how I know that." The concert is being put on by the City. No sense in making something out of nothing. There's no reason in getting into some debate over it. Geez....
-
Not to defend or attack Pubby and his journalistic efforts -- I just happen to post the info about the .38 Special concert, in that it's being done by the City of Dallas. Heck, Pubby and I have disagreed quite a few times!
-
Thanks, Pubby!!

They are not affiliated with the .38 Special Concert -- it is being done by the City of Dallas.

What kind of concert is at the Veterans Park tonight?
MillCreek replied to cootsmama's topic in RECENT TOPICS
King Daddy Polecats August 1st - Saturday // 7:00pm to 9:00pm Veterans Park - Watson Complex 240 Constitution Blvd - Dallas A rockabilly and blues combo, that's sure to get the crowd going. The mix of tunes covers Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, and even the Stray Cats! A nice blend of blues and straight swing music. -
Check with Autohouse in Hiram

Mine are pretty consistent, month to month -- I have noticed the Water Department does come through my subdivision, on a regular basis, checking the meters.

On the Artificial Turf for the 5 County high schools -- there was a SPLOST in May 2014, of which one of things included was artifical turf, on each of the county high school football fields. This was passed by the voters.
