They have this ceremony every year honoring these veterans, and this group came from all over the United States to be a part of the ceremony. The make up of the IBA and the PCAA is presently in Litigation. Doris Devey lost the Mayors race in Hiram and is now replaced by Teresa Phillyaw, Underwood resigned about two years ago and was replaced by Buzzelli and that is in Litigation. David Austin will be replace 1/1/2017.Alan Shipp has been removed and is in Litigation. The Tidmore term expired and is in litigation and he has not been to the last few meetings. No that is a wish list for the DOT If they had the entire $110,000,000 they could not finish that list in seven years. A lot of those projects is intersection improvements like the one at 61 south. We need specific single projects that will improve the congestion in Hiram and Dallas. We don't need no more stinking Sidewalks in Dallas we need wider roads through the City those pretty Bick side walks and water falls do not move a lot of cars through Dallas

We have had a contract with propeller to develop this industrial park agreed to by Dave Carmichael since October 2012. We built a water tank on site three years ago, just sitting there mot being used. A sewer line was extended from Vista lake to the Airport over two years ago for the Industrial park. Then Carmichael and the Airport authority sprung the secret contract to provide two passenger flights per week to utilize the airport and spent Millions Tearing up a new term

I am not willing to give another red cent with the SPLOST being administered like it is. You want another $110,000,000..... Then list every project that you want to spend the tax dollars on. Every SPLOST generates more and more tax dollars, This new SPLOST will generate $15,000,000 more dollars than the pervious SPLOST. SPLOST were legislated for "Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax". It is now used as a slush fund a good instance is the $500,000 crash truck for the airport and $300,000 plus grading for the airport. There was no mention of this when the SPLOST was up for votes

Clayton county has four cities that touch the airport property, and all four of the cities has huge city taxes as well as a huge county taxes, fact is they are among the highest in the state.. With all the jobs and businesses that are around the airport and the City of Atlanta you would think their taxes would be lower. The fact is they are not.
