A few people are trying to discredit Todd Pownall and his position on tax increases. Todd Pownall has for many years opposed tax increases well before he decided to run for post 2 commissioner. His opponent however has never spoken out against tax increases while serving as an Administrative Assistant to Commission Chairman Jerry Shearin.
