  1. I saw Sandhills Friday! Yippee!! And yes! The pollen is out there, been sneezing for 3 days in a row now.
  2. That is so sad........... I've seen a guy that sits out in front of the Home Depot/SAM's from time to time with a dog. Wonder if it was the same guy. I really wish there was some kind of shelter here for the homeless. Even though those in authority don't want to admit it, we DO have homeless people. If something like MUST Ministeries were out here at least they could get a warm meal and some place to lay their head at night that is dry and warm. I know that sometimes when I'm driving at night, I'm amazed at the people walking (with the traffic) at night in dark clothes and on Hi
  3. My grandson had strep about 3 weeks ago. I hear there is a violent stomach virus going around. I'm cursing it so it doesn't enter my house! LOL I can't handle a stomach virus.
  4. Since Sunday. Three days now. Sneeze, sneeze, sneeze, blow and repeat. I remembered going through this about 3 years ago and I made a post, it was April 2013. It's only February, what will March and April bring??? I'm so tired of this. I'm on Singular with Allegra, Tylenol Sinus and some Mucinex Sinus Congestion mixed in. I know, I'm over-medicating but right now, but I don't care. I just want the sneezing to stop. And it's just the left side. Anyone else?
  5. Seems Ted Cruz and his team got caught again............... Ted Cruz fires spokesman over Facebook post about Rubio and the Bible Andrew Romano, Liz Goodwin and Daniel Klaidman February 22, 2016 LAS VEGAS — At a press conference immediately before his rally here in the gymnasium of the Durango Hills YMCA, Ted Cruz announced that he had fired his longtime campaign spokesman Rick Tyler for posting on his Facebook page a false news story that purported to show rival Marco Rubio making a disparaging remark about the Bible. Cruz called Tyler’s action a “grave error of judgment.” Th
  6. That's going to happen regardless of who wins. It's just a given.
  7. In all of my time on this earth, I can't think of anyone that has had a position of leadership like Obama cause so much hate and division. Of course, this is just an opinion piece, but it happens to be my opinion as well. Obama’s rudeness hits new heights with Scalia, Schumer By Kyle Smith February 20, 2016 Gratuitous. Nasty. Petty. Spiteful. Insulting. Just plain rude. When the rhetoric of a major party’s leading presidential candidate falls to this level, we should be scornful. So, how is it OK when it isn’t just a presidential candidate, but a president, who does it?
  8. She wiped it clean, like with a towel or something, didn't she???
  9. I hope like hell Trump beats everyone of them! That's how unsatisfied I am with all of the politicians running this country making a fortune off my back. It couldn't be any worse than it has been in the last 40 years.
  10. At last this: * Jeb Bush announced he is suspending his campaign for president
  11. We went to the mountain and it was a beautiful day. We parked at the top and walked the rest of the way to the top. I'm tired!! I saw two butterflies flying together ...... So maybe spring is just around the corner. On the other hand, I have never seen so many rude people 4,5,6 across taking up the lanes of traffic and rude enough not to move. It makes it difficult when you're in a curve and besides there's plenty of room on the side of the road. And trash. Plastic bottles everywhere. I don't know what's happened to our entitled society. But the grandkids loved it and then I took
  12. Hey! I just saw this. And no I missed the marathon. I do love the show but I missed it. I barely remember Monday! LOL I'll probably catch up with on demand.
  13. Yeah, just try to get into Vatican City. One of the richest in the world. And most hypocritical.
  14. Very informative post, thank you for so much information. It's not easy to get.
  15. I'm taking my two grandbabies to Kennesaw Mountain tomorrow. During the week you can still drive to the top. On the weekends you have to take the bus up. He might like that. It's going to be a beautiful weekend! Enjoy!
  16. There's plenty of groups out there that hate whites and Jews and believe in their own racial supremacy. The New Black Panter Party (condemned by the BPP) comes to mind along with The Nation of Islam and Black Supremacy. There are plenty out there that hate the white man and the Jew.
  17. You're right about the mish-mash. One song, maybe two would have been better and Annie Lenox would have been an excellent choice. I love that girls voice.
  18. I saw that on FB the other day. What a wild ride!!
  19. I don't know about a "happy" song but I watched the Grammy's Monday night and saw this performance. I haven't watched the Grammys in years and years because music has just become junk, but this year was amazing. I wanted to see the tributes and Adele. Lady GaGa did an amazing tribute to David Bowie, The Eagles showed up to honor Glenn Frey, there was a tribute to Lionelle Richie with him joining in at the end. There was a tribute to Maurice White and EW&F was there to honor him. I loved seeing Bonnie Raitt sing her tribute to BB King, "The Thrill Is Gone". I loved the me
  20. I've used Comcast for probably 30 years or more and Internet since 1998. I used to work at AT&T and you couldn't have paid ME to switch. Besides lousy speed, customer service sucks and sometimes the billing is less than desirable. I've never had a problem with Comcast that couldn't be resolved. But hey, that's just me.
  21. I've been reading your posts in this topic and you are claiming to be Republican. Since when? I never recall you claiming to be a Republican. Excuse me if I missed it.
