I personally prefer a revolver. I've had my S&W .38 snubnose for 36 years and I wouldn't have anything else. I've only shot revolvers and rifles. I don't like having to find/remember the safety on an auto/semi-auto weapon and I have trouble with the slide.

What's the name of the new firing range? I haven't shot my .38 in forever and would like to. I like the idea of the snake shot too. Thanks

I think you're right about the clothes the kids were wearing last year. My grandson has told me some horrible ways the kids would dress, and he always makes sure he's dressed nice. He's definitely got his "swag" on this year, but some of the things he would show me or tell me made me wonder why no one was enforcing the dress code, because there is a dress code.

Thank you for that..............I've wondered myself how a principal has that much power to add 10 minutes to the school day when no other high school in the district has. From what I get told by my grandson, even the teachers don't like him and talk about the situation. (Just to add, if I were a teacher, I sure wouldn't discuss my dislike for the principal, but apparently some have). He wanted to switch last year, and again this year, but I have resisted. It's still something I have to think about.

And I understand the line has to be somewhere which brings me back to the 4 YO who will be in public kindergarten at Poole 10-15 miles away and I have 2 elementary schools within 2 miles. One is Allgood and the other is Nebo so I just need some feedback for those two schools for next years choice.

Thanks all..........it's crazy the way the lines are drawn out here. The 4 YO who is in private pre-k 4 this year will go to public kindergarten next year to Poole, which is over 10 miles, maybe 15..... from where we are and there are 2 elementary schools less than 2 miles from our house. So I WILL be doing school choice for the little one next year.

I thought she was talking about a "film" not burnt on food. For years I used everything sold for ceramic top stoves including baking soda and a hard scrubbing. Then one day ! I said to myself, if Easy Off works in the oven it'll work on this stove top. And it did/does. But it leaves a film. So I wash it off good with soap and water and then shine it with the Windex.

I clean mine with soap and water and then I wipe it down good with Windex and paper towels. And that makes it shine. The Sprayaway is good also. I got mine at Home Depot.
