  1. I'm posting this one for reference, in case it's lost on anyone that doesn't keep up with the Kardashians This one made me LOL!
  2. You can get a decent security set up on Amazon for a good price. That's where we got ours. The hard drive will hold 8 cameras and they're Sony nightime cameras and they have a very good picture on them.
  3. It is.......I saw the naked pictures too. She has a beautiful body and a huge shelf!
  4. Oh my goodness!!! You must be bursting with pride. What a wonderful thing she is doing, every community needs someone like your sister!! Congrats!!!!!
  5. I haven't eaten there in years.......it must survive on regulars, cause I really don't see how it stays open. We went to Golden Corral about a month ago and that will do me for another year or two. The food is better, but it's not some place that I frequent often. I went for the cotton candy
  6. Whoever did it, thank you for changing the title of this thread.
  7. I can't wait to look at yours on FB, they crack me up. I'm lucky if I remember to move him
  8. I thought of MISTY when I saw this, he's having too much fun with his Elves on the Shelves!!! http://mashable.com/2014/12/19/creative-elf-on-the-shelf/ This one made me LOL!
  9. This is for all of the Civil Servants that serve selflessly and never know when they walk out of the door of their home if they will be returning. MERRY CHRISTMAS https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sEvZBKwvE0k What Are Policemen Made Of? By Paul Harvey .Don't credit me with this mongrel prose; it has many parents; at least 420,000 of them: Police Officers. A police officer is a composite of what all men are, a mingling of saint and sinner, dust and deity. Culled statistics wave the fan over the stinkers, underscore instances of dishonestly and brutality be
  10. I had 3 fused with screws, a plate and plastic vertebrae in 2011. The surgery went well and so did the healing. I don't remember taking a lot of pain pills but I can't anyway. I didn't have to wear the hard brace, only the soft one. And I don't remember any restriction on showers. You just have to keep the incision covered with waterproof bandages. And I think I was driving after my first post-opt visit. Maybe a week or a little over. It won't keep you down. You just have to be very careful and NO lifting. I still have some trouble/pain/ache but it's to be expected. Nothing is as good as
  11. Aww Thank you ! And just to let you know #3 went in the yearbook.....the one with the dazzling $5000 smile! Couldn't let that go to waste. LOL
  12. I think Benny Hill is a guy thing............. I never could get into Benny Hill, or any of the British shows for that matter. Kinda like loving The Three Stooges when I was a kid. When I was a kid.
  13. My mother was the same way. My God, at the fruit cakes she would make and give away. I can't stand fruit cake LOL but hers were good. She made rum balls and something with burbon and of course, lots of divinity and pecan pies. And lights! She put up tons of lights way back in the sixties before folks did that. And of course the foil on the door. And one year would be red and the next blue and the next multi colored lights. This is my fourth Christmas without her and I miss her terribly. Everyday. Thanks for the post. And we do our get together Christmas eve with tons of fo
  14. I know for the past week folks have been driving like bats out of hell! I see at least 2-3 wrecks everyday when I'm out and it's just folks in too big of a hurry and not paying attention. I had a guy nearly run into my rear the other day.........I don't know what he was doing but we were headed north on 92 through Hiram after the railroad bridge before the light where it bunches up. I always look ahead and saw traffic was stopped, so I tapped my breaks a couple of times hoping he would see. He was right on my butt. Well, traffic stopped and he almost didn't, I thought I was going to ha
  15. I don't know why y'all be hatin' on the Hiram Walmart, I go there all the time. Sometimes I can't get over the people they hire to work in that store, it's a trip for sure! LOL
  16. I saw that on the news. I wouldn't pray with anybody in Walmart or any other store. I can't believe how many women I have seen with their bags in their carts and walk away from them. It amazes me. I carry everything in my pocket.
  17. That's what those damn bags are for! LOL
  18. I thought the same thing. Somebody 21 does NOT belong in high school.
  19. I let them go thru the complete cycle and it is permanent press. It seems the cool down cycle sets them without any wrinkles. Now I'll only take out a couple at a time, turn it back on in the cool cycle to keep them moving until I can get those hung and buttoned and then take out a couple more and so on.
  20. My dryer has a cool down cycle at the end. I wash just the shirts and dry them and then it hits the cool down and I take them out immediately. But for actual dress shirts to wear with a suit it's worth the $2.00 at the cleaners. But then again that's not often.
  21. The standing/squatting thing can actually be detrimental to the urethra and emptying of the bladder. The stream may be slower and the bladder may not empty completely, which can cause bacteria to grow. I've always sat on the seat. I use the covers if there are any. If not I use some toilet paper to wipe the seat. But I completely sit on the seat. And I've never caught anything. I used to work with this woman that ALWAYS squatted and peed everywhere. I finally put several notes in the bathroom, if you're going to pee on the seat please wipe it off. She finally started wiping up h
