James Osborne and the Morrison case: Osborne refused to step down for two years. He was requested in writing 7-8 time to step down, for conflict of interest. (multiple conflicts) Osborne had represented the defendant's in the Morrison case. His FIRM, where he had and his daughter now worked, did much of the developers legal work. The county attorney worked at the same FIRM. The county attorney Lani Skipper was married to the director of community development, in charge of zoning. The county attorney Lani Skipper was the agent of record for the developer, even while

Pubby published this information earlier. I felt it needed to be brought up again, since it did not get many hits. It's important information about executive meetings and disclosure. Elected officials are free to speak about what goes on in executive sessions ATLANTA — Elected officials are free to speak about what goes on in executive sessions, according to a leading authority on the Georgia Open Meetings Act. Attorney David Hudson said elected officials do not give up their First Amendment rights to free speech simply because they hold office or because they participate in an

If your not in great shape, take it slow....you'll pay for it the next couple of days. I miss riding with hubby, We used to get on at the Chamber and ride to Rockmart, eat lunch then come home. Sometimes we would stop off and fish. The trail is one off Paulding's best resource when it comes to recreation. Hubby is having hip surgery soon, we hope to have him back on a bike by the middle of summer. I'm looking forward to going fishing with him. Today is our 31 anniversary!

I just finished watching the commission meeting video. As I listen to Dave Carmichael talk about transparency, all I could think about was him attending the closed door meeting that was held outside of the county. Never mentioning it to anyone, even the post commissioner that sits next to him, at the commission meetings. Your a piece of work Mr. Carmichael. Do as I say, not as I do.

I agree, he will lie about a phone call and anything else that suits his agenda.

Do the citizen's of Paulding County expect anything different from the FIRM? Not really, this is immoral and unethical, not illegal. It's is the kind of typical maneuver we a have come to expect from the FIRM. We can only expect the tyrannical behavior to continue once she is on the bench....people don't change. This will enable the FIRMS long arm of control to continue as it has for years. My question is: Is her daddy going to sit on the bench, with her, to instruct her? Or do you think they will use an earpiece so the public won't know she has little to no idea whats going o

Correct, that's why my 10 years of research and investigation has lead to two file cabinets full of information. The evidence and the facts tell me who to trust and most important, who not to trust. -

JASON PHILLIP'S also told the commissioner's not to speak with us. We found out later that he only gave partial information to the commissioner's, and this information is what they based their decisions on, in our case. As soon as Pubby gets this site working properly I will post the emails and do a show and tell. It's amazing what JASON PHILLIP'S has done to harm families in this county. I know, he is just doing his job. Remember who he works for!

I see he's got you fooled as well! When they cover -

We have established that areas around the airports are full of crime several posts ago. That has nothing to do with the airports being built there in the first place nor is it the proof that the above examples you just provided are the cause of them being there. How did it get to the point of such things happening? Where does the airport play the role in it becoming a high crime area? What other factors contributed to it and how much do they wei -

The county attorney JASON PHILLIP'S was so excited when we were foreclosed on, he sent out an email to all of the commissioner's to let them know. I went to LP Paulding with Jason Phillips, he was all about religion and family....he like many others have a false facade they show the people of this county, but underneath they are no more then thugs feeding off the good people of this county. -

Lets start with Tom Cable and the FIRM. Who instructed him to go to Howard Maxwell? Why are the bonds not bid out? Why did the FIRM and Mike Jones tell the Commissioner's the bonds for the roads were flimsy and could not be collected on? (no such thing as a flimsy bond) Where is the money from these already paid bonds that the citizen's are now having to cover? No need for persuasion here, if you can't see it then you are blind. -

We have tried to legally seek justice, but their arse has been protected by the corrupt politicians. This mom will kick butt one way or another. They messed with mother bear's family, and as long as mother bear breaths she will seek justice. I've only just begun, and I'm going to name names and kick butt. -

This is all true Taz13, but this site gets the word our to people so actions can be taken. It may sound like bitchin to you, but that bitchin is paying off and people are starting to pay attention. You say you get tired of it and tune it out, the many citizens that tune it out are the ones that will complain the loudest when the tax bill arrives. Listen, learn and help improve the county in which you live. We the citizen's are responsible and are the only ones that can replace the corrupt politicians and their legal arm.

The GBI and the FBI have the water information and much more. Last time I spoke with James Harter with the FBI, he told me Greg Ramey, with the GBI spoke with him about the water incident.

And I have to guess that is why Gary Gulledge told me he could not start an investigation against the people that write his checks. -

Can the state bar or supreme court step in and force the qualifications period to be reopened. Typical FIRM maneuver, no trial law experience, only about 10 years since she past the bar, and were getting her as a superior court judge. Is her daddy going to sit on the bench with her and instruct her in what to do?
