1. Paulding airport director Blake Swafford said his board’s out-of-county retreat was necessary, because it was “the only way (to) capture everyone’s attention, and keep them focused and keep them in the room.” Had the retreat been held in Paulding, he said, board members would be “running all day long in and out” to handle other business. Was there a quorum that existed in Blake's meeting?
2. Kelly, No one can prove the water contamination was or wasn't an accident. The main issue is that Paulding county government covered-up the incident, and lied to the state DNR/EPD in doing so. Also, their on going efforts to hide and cover-up the facts is against the law. The commissioner's were asked to correct the information that was reported to the state, by the Paulding County Water Department, but they did nothing. Why the county would cover-up is another question.
3. Pubby,

Do you know what the procedures are for writing-in a candidate's name during the general election?
4. & You know we love each other, it's like family. Anyway he's not the only person I've heard it from. It's all just hearsay.
5. I'm certain you never discussed the issues of the case, with David Austin. That never came up in the discussions we had. But, you were quite clear in your statements to us as to what had transpired in the conversation. Now you may say it was your opinion, you gave us, at the time you said David told you so. I'm calling this one Pubby, Liar, Liar, pants on fire.
6. Pubby, I sat in your office and you told me David Austin said he couldn't do anything about our case going to court. I ask why and you told me because Richardson and the FIRM would not allow it to happen. Thats when I told you he didn't have any BA--sYou said it Pubby! I guess this is what you call wiggle room.
7. But to ascribe me as a source on that as a statement coming from David is absolute conjecture. Then you either lied then or you are lying now. You told both of us the same thing. And more then once.
8. Hubby made fresh bread today, he started it last night. Makes the house smell so good.
9. Pubby you said: Surepip, you know as well as I that you have made informal allegations of impropriety regarding the law firm but I have not seen a formal allegation. Indeed, your court case involved the hiring of a third party - Holland and Knight - and that firm is the one that you did alleged in a formal hearing that using that Atlanta law firm, the county conspired to deprive you of your constitutional rights in the form of an Anti-SLAPP suit which you won locally but for whatever reason, lost on appeal.

The truth is that they still used and paid the firm on every is
10. More than that, the allegations you level regarding the bond for the subdivision roads lies squarely in Todd Pownall's lap. If there is some impropriety there, as you seem to suggest, isn't Todd being a bit devious in covering that up? He was the head of the commission's committee recommending what to do about the subdivision roads that were not completed (didn't have the final asphalt layer placed before the roads are turned over to the county for perpetual maintenance). Surely he knows the source of the issue. After all he is a real estate broker and presumably has some knowledge of that ind
11. Jane Ty, just wanted to answer you on this one. you said: The way I see it, how different would it be if the county had its own in house attorney? Isn't this firm basically fulfilling that position now? I'm not arguing with you btw, just trying to clarify things. An in house legal team would have to fill all those same positions at BOC, IBA and so on to protect the county's interests, correct? How would that not be a conflict of interest then? It would be very different, the county attorney would not be able to have the developers as their clients, therefore no conflict of interest. Bond
12. We took a picture of the two men to let Mike Hemsley know who it was. Mike Hemsley told both of us at the time that no one had a permit to be working on our line and even if they did, a water department employee would be there to oversee the work.
13. Don't know if it was done on purpose, can't prove that is was or wasn't.We had been trying for 7 weeks to have papers served on the developers registered agent. The original agent of record step down, she was the county attorney, Lani Skipper, and the developers assistant became the record of agent. Even though the new agent had attended two zoning board meetings, yes, she was a zoning board official, the county told our attorney they were unable to locate them. That day the developers supervisor was cutting my driveway, so I drove my car straddle the cut and called the police and marshals off
14. Every sitting commissioner and previous commissioner knew all about the water issue, yet continue to spend 1.5 million to keep it out of court. Tommie Graham knew who, within the county, gave the order to cover it up. He knew who committed this criminal act, and yet, never turned it over to the GBI or even the DA. The commissioners even ignore our request to correct the erroneous information that Duncan gave to the DNR/EPD. We requested this be done by email back as far as 2009.
15. Ya THINK!!!!!!!! Are you saying they might have conspired to do this before they walked into our home?
16. Now think about this....out of all of the test that were taken, why was the chlorine level present on all the test except the one inside of our home. Remember, the chlorine level was marked N/A on the test inside our home. According to the Cobb Lab, N/A indicates the water sample is coming from a source other than county water.
17. I have printed verbatim the report, but still will post it when the site allows. Details by follow up investigation by Mary Smiley DNR/EPD. I spoke with Mr. Duncan at 1250 The city tested Ms Morrison's drinking water four times:at the meter and spigots outside. The water passed and was clean everywhere except inside her home. She has a well as a drinking water source, she might be having well water quality water problems. The city's supply to her home passed inspection. City advised her to boil her water. No further action is warranted as the caller might need to check her w
18. Gone, yes it was sent to the Cobb lab. the 1st test from our kitchen faucet came back contaminated. After flushing the lines the Paulding County water employee's took readings at our outside spigots. The first test they did, did not include the amount of chlorine level that was present, even though they had the percentage. They put N/A for the chlorine level. We asked them why, Duncan and Coyle said it was not necessary. On all of the other test, done on the outside of our home, the county put the chlorine level present.According to Patrick at the Cobb Lab N/A is an indicator that the water is
19. Thank you Dana, we appreciate everything you have done for our family over the years.
20. Yes, my SIL is from Mexico....he is a naturalize US citizen. Worked for AT&T for years. His family is from Spain, Mexico and France....guess that's why my granddaughter is so beautiful. Their stores were flourishing in the beautiful city of Cuernavaca, but with the violence they are leaving everything behind and coming back to the states. They will do well where ever they go, it's how they were raised.
21. Something to remember while reading this report. 1. Since we have lived here, we have never had a well attached to our home. We do have a well on the property, it is for our garden and fish ponds. 2. Michael Carter was Doug Duncan's boss at the time of the incident. 3. Doug Duncan apologized to me and told me he had to keep his job and was doing what he was told. 4. While at our home, to take the water test, Doug Duncan ask if we had a well. We showed him the well and explained it was not attached to our home.
22. I'm new to posting, and have not be able to attach the report. I have forwarded it to Pubby to put on the site.
23. Just want to clarify that the water incident itself is not the crime. Hard to prove if it was an accident or done on purpose. The crime is: the false statement given by the water department employee to the state DNR/EPD. The state put it in writing. and the water department employee admitted doing what he was told in order to keep his job. At least he did apologize. Second crime was when the county official order the water department to lie to the state DNR/EPD to cover-up for the developer.
24.

Which judge is running? I'm too tired to look it up. Thanks in advance.
