My post commissioner new who committed the crime and not only turned his back on the criminal activity he approved spending tax dollars to cover it up. This guy has daughters and is an elder in his church. He's not a christian, only wears it on his sleeve. Scum bag extraordinaire.

I will put up all of the information that was turned over to the GBI and FBI.<br /><br />James Harter with the FBI in Dalton had us turn over the water incident to the GBI. When Gary refused to open an investigation, we contacted the GBI on our own and sent the information to Greg Ramey. According to James Harter, Greg Ramey told him something needed to be done on this water issue. <br />That is the last I heard.

It's OK Luck64, It wasn't a guessing game and I wasn't trying to be vague, just like the post says, what would you do? It is important what happened, not what kind of harm. I never used the word abuse.

I became so dehydrated my blood pressure became static. I can't imagine how my daughter felt. I only know the pain of watching her and not being able to help.

Let me clarify the acronyms....DA - Local District Attorney AG - State Attorney GeneralPA - or IPA - Independent Prosecuting Attorney's office

Tommie Graham told us he would do his own investigation when he got into office. He later told us the instruction to the water department to lie to the state came from the highest political office of Paulding County government. It was his responsibility to turn this over to the GBI and the DA....he did nothing. Interesting though, David Austin called Jerry Shearin when the appeal was overturned to tell him it was over....why do you think he did that?

Wait till someone makes you and your child so sick that your not able to help them or give them comfort. Only to find out a few weeks later that the county officials instructed the water department to lie to the state to cover up for the people that did this. I watched my daughter so sick she could barely stand up while I could not get up to help her. I won't ever forget who did this to us nor will I ever forget who covered it up.

Political, not so much. Two of the involved commissioners aren't even running for office. Wish they were! I've been threaten and kept my mouth shut for a lone time. No More!

The AG turned everything over to the Prosecuting Attorney. They worked on it for months. Sending us emails stating they had all the information and would be back in touch if they needed anything. One month before the Statute of limitations ran out they told us they did not have enough time to put together a case, even though they had all of the information. I did an open records request.....there was never an investigation opened. New PA, told us nothing he could do and we need to consider moving out of Paulding County. Quote end Quote.
