I am a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and I would like to clear up some misconceptions about CrossFit.
1) You do NOT have to be fit to do CrossFit. In fact, I would rather work with someone that is not on the "fit" side. Our workouts are (and should be) scaled down to each individual's ability and strength. Yes, the workouts are hard, to a degree. What is so difficult is getting over this idea that you cannot do it.
