  1. Pubby, I think by nature, most cardiologists recommend the low-fat diet and whole grains. It is just part of how they treat their patients. I do want you to know that my Father weighed 400+ lbs September of 2011 and finally made the decision to lose weight. He has been at that weight since I was a child.He had several different health issues, diabetes, high blood pressure, and the weight had taken a toll on his knees.   7. These are NOT leggings...they are tights! While they may be cut off at the ankle, they are not leggings! I wear Sweater leggings all the time to work and almost everywhere with boots in the winter! They are snug, I'll give you that, but nowhere near like these! They are thick and not skin tight. I also wear sweaters below my bottom or right at that and they are not inappropriate for work and I work part time in a law firm.
  8. I am so very sorry to hear about your Father Curtis. My mother is in the hospital in Opelika right now after having a back surgery this morning. I will absolutely keep your Father in my prayers. You are a good man, thank you for all you did for Miss Jessie!
  9. For those of us who were honored to know Miss Jessie, took the time to get to know her, we found a wonderful woman who lived a life full of love. She had many stories to tell and while many did not get the opportunity to know her, those of us who did, are truly blessed from having done so. She will be missed by all of us, her spirit lives on and I will always think of her every time I drive around Hiram. I am so very sad that she is no longer with us, but thankful that her body is whole again in Heaven where we shall meet again one day. May she rest in peace, look down upon us as our Speci
