My childs pediatrician, Dr Leila Denmark(who discovered the whooping cough vacc)ALWAYS said that SIDS is tied to too many vaccinations too early. She claimed to have never lost a patient to SIDS and I have seen that documented. She also had other advice for protecting a baby/child against it. I did it with my son and Im doing the same things now with my little girl. A lot of it has to do with how they sleep(position) and how you line the baby bed(sheets, etc).

Yall are so sweet. My Mother was always so overly worried about bragging on her children to the point that it would make people not like her or us... . It rubbed off on me, I guess. But, since its been 19 years since Ive had a baby, I just cant help it. She does look like me a lot, especially as a baby. Just as many people say she looks like Will. He's pretty so I have no problem with that!

With all due respect, I used to think that, too. But after digging in deep to educate myself on this subject, I changed my mind completely and realized that I was really backwards on it as a whole.

Let me give you a thousand + for this comment alone. You are EXACTLY right. There are so many more statistics than what our gov shows us. To me, that is about like wanting to buy a Ford and reading ONLY Fords reviews of their own products. Who would do that ? Why do we do that with our children then??? YES! Thanks you so much for the compliment. I want to brag about her but I dont want to be "that Mom" ...you know . You bring up such a huge issue connected with vaccines. I know for myself, I THOUGHT I understood how these dieases worked with being vaccinated but I didnt know at all. Once I educated myself, the choice was a no brainer. NOT putting that into my kids bodies and I dont just mean the vaccine itself but the other things added to it that have proven to be very dangerous and even deadly. Way too much information to type here. I would lay down my life for my children and have chosen not to vaccinate. It was not a quick decision. There is an amazing amount of information that the masses have never heard and simply arent aware of b/c they havent dug down hard enough. I expect but I can hold my own in this debate. We dont immunize. My son is a VERY healthy 19 year old(always has been...never even one ear infection as a baby)and my baby has never even had the sniffles.
