  1. Yes she is, and she is doing great. I would love to see her win it!
  2. I could not imagine. That is every Mother's worst nightmare.
  3. That's awful. One of your employees stays at my house with my son all the time. He's been very upset this afternoon.
  4. Voting time for SYTYCD!!!! Please go and vote for our local, Melanie Moore. She is the student of a High School friend/neighbor of mine, and she is awesome. Here is a link for voting. My link THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
  5. At least they have the teen in custody now!! But still so sad!
  6. There are a LOT of people asking about him on the FB page, wanting to know what became of him and how he is doing, and if he still lives in the area. Good to know he is still around, and don't blame him one bit for not wanting anything to do with him.
  7. My sister is also on there, and graduated in 1991.
  8. I also went to Lassiter, but graduated in 1987, and lived really close to where this happened. There is a FB page that I belong to called "In Loving Memory of our fellow Trojans." There is a lot of discussion going on there about this case. I feel so bad for the one remaining family member. No one seems to know where he is.
  9. Thanks for the support! See... I USED to think her sassy attitude was so adorable. Not so much anymore. I just always thought she would grow out of it.
  10. This is always the one thing I disagree with you about. I don't care for the older country. I like the newer stuff so much more.
  11. Yea well, I got both with this one. Behavior and not digging school.
  12. Yea.... you think she is precious because she no longer lives across the street from you, so you don't witness her tantrums. Just ask the people in Kohl's last night how precious she is. I guess I should add that she went from one extreme to the other last night though. Right after posting this, the other side came back out. She came in my room and apologized to me, and kissed all over me, and wanted to hang out and talk. She even got up at 6am with the 4 yo nephew, without being asked, and fixed his breakfast and played with him while his mother took her shower to get ready for
  13. I do the same thing. I walk a lot in the warmer months, but hibernate in the winter. THIS year, I plan to get an AB Glider to do before winter gets here. I put on about 15 lbs this past winter. I have taken it back off again, and the goal is to NOT do the same thing this year.
  14. Yep. If my daughter had been the first, my oldest son would not exist. The youngest I have been raising for 10 yrs, but didn't give birth too. Biologically he's my nephew (but not in my he's my son) so I reckon I would have still had him.
  15. I want to live that long just so I can witness the payback my grandkids are going to give her! And also see how much she knows then!
  16. Since you like her so much, can I bring her to ya for a couple of weeks. Just straighten her out and return her back to me. I will forward her part of the child support to ya! I think it would be worth it.
  17. None of the above statement is true with mine. My sons have always been the easy ones for me. ALWAYS! The 19 yo pushes it a little sometimes, but he hasn't really given me MAJOR troubles. And the problems I do have with him, are my own fault. I can't figure out how to cut the skirt strings. I have been thinking that I need to do it kinda like pulling a band-aid! Real quick and all at once! But with the daughter....pfft! Totally different story! She was born @ss first, and has continued to show it since day one. I knew I was in trouble before she was ever walking. When she got
  18. Yep.... I've got one that is 15 going on 30, and so much smarter than I am. 15 is the devil!!!
  19. I had no clue that cute, kissable, pinchable, loving little babies turned into teenagers!!!! There should be some kind of warning label somewhere! Just sayin... And if you were in Kohl's tonight...... sorry for the scene!
  20. That seriously made me bust out laughing!!!
  21. Caped Crusader has all the info you need. He has used it, and sold it. Not sure if he still is.
  22. That works too. I believe some of us are going this weekend. I will let you know which night as soon as I know.
  23. You can actually go to the counter and order the whole pizza and they will cook them for you. I have noticed the same thing, so that is what we do. We do it every once in a while at work.. My boss goes in to pick up a few things, and orders the pizzas and while they cook, she gets what she needs. I love their pizzas and they are only like $8. Can't beat that.
