Yes, I am also thankful that I have heat, electricity, and food. I let my dog out and thought she was going to get hurt. So, I have blocked off the stairs so she can't go down them. She's had to do her business on the back deck, it's safer for her that way,. She's almost 9 and had hurt her paw or paw joint the other day, so i have been worried about her in this ice- covered deep snow. So, we know a huge ice/snow storm is coming, and we're all stocked up.
