Not true at all. The base has wanted Boehner out for the last 4 - 5 years because he is not representing the will of the voters. He has pandered to special interest groups his entire career. Mitch McConnell is due up next... Trump's popularity is a direct middle finger to the elite party leadership. The voters are sick and tired of the establishment protecting their own interests instead of working for the people who elected them.
